By accessing or using Osas Cloud ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Osas Cloud is a cloud platform that provides software development, project management, and hosting services. We help builders understand and own every layer of their software through transparent, AI-augmented development.

Our services include but are not limited to:

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• —All activity that occurs under your account
• —Providing accurate and current information
• —Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Project Submissions

When you submit a project request, you grant Osas Cloud a non-exclusive license to use the information provided solely for the purpose of analyzing and fulfilling your project requirements.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to any materials, designs, or content you provide to us in connection with your project.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables and custom code created specifically for your project. Osas Cloud retains ownership of:

• —Our platform, tools, and underlying infrastructure
• —General-purpose libraries, frameworks, and boilerplate code
• —AI analysis algorithms and processes
• —Osas Cloud branding, logos, and design assets

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Payment Terms

Free foundation analyses are provided at no cost and without obligation.

For development engagements:

• —Payment terms are agreed upon in a separate project agreement
• —Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee
• —Refunds are evaluated case-by-case per our refund policy
• —All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• —Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• —Infringe on intellectual property rights of any party
• —Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• —Use our services to build competing platforms without prior agreement
• —Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• —Any defects will be corrected
• —The service is free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osas Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Osas Cloud in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
